...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN ELBERT AND
SOUTHEASTERN DOUGLAS COUNTIES UNTIL 7 PM MDT...

At 611 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Ponderosa Park, or 26 miles southeast of Denver, moving south at 15
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Elbert, Elizabeth, Kiowa, Ponderosa Park, Franktown, The Pinery and
  Fondis.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
