...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EASTERN ARAPAHOE...SOUTHWESTERN
ADAMS...NORTHWESTERN ELBERT AND NORTHEASTERN DOUGLAS COUNTIES UNTIL
315 PM MDT...

At 223 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles southeast of Arapahoe Park, or 19 miles southeast of Denver,
moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Southeastern Aurora, Parker, Arapahoe Park and Watkins.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Prepare for sudden gusty winds. Secure loose objects and move to a
safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
