Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen Bank National
Marine Sanctuary...
Massachusetts Bay and Ipswich Bay...
Ocean Waters from the Merrimack River to Plymouth from 40 to 60 NM...

At 622 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 9 nm east of The Coastal Waters East Of Cape Ann to
Minot Light, moving east at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Boston Harbor, The Coastal Waters East Of Cape Ann, Boston Buoy
44013, Boston Light, Mass Bay Buoy 44029, Stellwagen Bank, Broad
Sound, Quincy Harbor, The Coastal Waters East Of Boston Harbor, and
Minot Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
