* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 550 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near The Coastal Waters East Of Cape Ann to Boston,
  moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Eastern Point Ma, The Coastal Waters East Of Cape Ann, Boston
  Light, Mass Bay Buoy 44029, Stellwagen Bank, Broad Sound, The
  Coastal Waters East Of Boston Harbor, Minot Light, Boston Harbor,
  Boston Buoy 44013, Thatcher Island, Jeffreys Ledge Buoy 44098, and
  Quincy Harbor.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
