For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A broad 30.1 inch high will linger across the mid-
Atlantic states overnight, before giving way to a weak cold front 
that will cross the lake Thursday night through early Friday. 
Another 30.1 inch high will then build across the upper Great Lakes 
Friday and the lower Great Lakes over the weekend, before drifting 
off the New England coast Monday.
