* At 512 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 18 nm northeast of
  Wellesley Island, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* The strong thunderstorm will pass over areas between Cape Vincent 
  and Ogdensburg.
