  extending from 21 nm northwest of Ontario On The Lake to 7 nm west
  of Ontario Beach, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
