...AN AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN CARTER AND
SOUTHEASTERN POWDER RIVER COUNTIES UNTIL 945 PM MDT...

At 824 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong
thunderstorms extending from 20 miles west of Ridgeway to 21 miles
west of Alzada, or extending from 25 miles east of Broadus to 42
miles southeast of Broadus, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Ridgeway, Alzada, Albion, Hammond, Boyes, Ridge and Capitol.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
