Patchy dense fog is expected through 8AM this morning. Visibility
one quarter to one half mile at times. If traveling, remain alert
for rapid changes in visibility and allow extra following 
distance. In order to make your vehicle more visible to other 
drivers after daybreak by keeping your headlights on.
