  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located over Saint Catherines Sound, moving
  southeast at 5 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Buoy B L, St Catherines Buoy 3, C A T Buoy, Saint Catherines Sound
  and Sapelo Channelbuoy 3.
