  Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20
  NM...

* Until 400 PM EDT.

* At 305 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from
  12 NM northeast of Bulls Bay to 5 NM northwest of Bulls Bay, moving
  east at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Bulls Bay, Bull Breakers, Capers Reef and Capers Island Buoy.
