FOR SOUTHWESTERN SIOUX AND NORTHEASTERN GOSHEN COUNTIES...

At 721 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northeast of
Lingle, or 10 miles north of Torrington, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Torrington, Lingle, Torrington Municipal Airport, Goshen County
Fairgrounds, and Hwy 85 At Dry Rawhide Creek.
