Damaging wind gusts to 60 mph and large hail to quarter size are the main severe weather threats. Locally heavy rainfall is possible in northwest Wisconsin, but the potential for localized minor flooding or flash flooding is low. Localized minor flooding continues over portions of the Boundary Waters. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday There is potential for areas of frost across much of the Northland Tuesday night, and possibly again Wednesday night.
