Two Harbors to Duluth MN... At 949 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 18 nm southwest of Duluth Harbor to 14 nm southwest of Barkers Island to 28 nm north of Saint Croix Band Sand Lake Area, moving northeast at 45 knots.
