Minnesota, Crow Wing and South Aitkin Counties. In north central 
Minnesota, South Cass County.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Watch is being cancelled.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 
  possible.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Pine County and Wisconsin, Burnett and 
  Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the St. Croix 
  Band in Burnett County and the Mille Lacs Band, Hinckley and, Lena 
  Lake counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur 
  in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Very heavy rainfall fell overnight with additional rainfall
    possible yet this morning. Areas of minor flooding may occur.
  - Flood safety information can be found at
    www.weather.gov/safety/flood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
