* At 359 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 30 nm west of Pinconning to 18 nm southwest of
  Linwood to 28 nm southwest of Quanicassee, moving northeast at 50
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high 
           winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher 
           waves.
