            An EF0 tornado, with peak winds of 70 MPH, 
            developed along the southern banks of the 
            Illinois River and moved towards the 
            south-southeast. The tornado crossed through 
            a rock quarry, where it tipped over a 
            portion of an industrial conveyor system. 
            Despite being on the ground for only 1.5 
            miles, trained spotter photos and video 
            suggested it was on the ground for seven 
            minutes.
