CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned 
area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
northwestern Illinois...and east central Iowa.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN WHITESIDE...SOUTH CENTRAL CARROLL AND NORTHEASTERN
CLINTON COUNTIES...

At 710 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Ideal to near Andover, moving southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Clinton, Morrison, Fulton, Garden Plain, Andover, East Clinton, Argo
Fay, Union Grove, Ustick, Thomson, Wacker, Bulgers Hollow, Ideal,
Franklin Corners, Malvern, White Pigeon, Morrison-Rockwood State
Park, Whiteside County Fairgrounds, Newton Corners, and Thomson
Causeway.

This also includes Morrison-Rockwood State Park.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
sturdy building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
