* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Moderate flooding of farmland occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 9.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise will rise above flood stage late
    tomorrow morning to 22.1 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will
    then fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
