* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Blackwater River at Valley City.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Thursday afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 12.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
    tonight to a crest of 28.3 feet tomorrow evening. It will then
    fall below flood stage early Wednesday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
