* WHEN...From late tonight to late Thursday night.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 19.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
    tonight to a crest of 27.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will
    then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.

* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon to Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Flooding of low-lying farmland occurs and
  water begins to approach Stateline Road north of the river gauge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 19.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.0 feet
    early tomorrow afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
