.DISCUSSION...Temperatures are expected to warm 5 to 10 degrees over
Sunday highs climbing into the middle 70s. Conditions will remain dry 
with RH dropping to around 15 percent. Winds will be notably lighter
than yesterday, although at times this morning the light east winds may
combine with the diurnal upslope winds. Tonight winds will be fairly 
light out of the east, although this may be diminished by the downslope 
winds. Tuesday highs are expected to warm into the 80s, although RH and 
winds will be similar to Monday.

Min humidity........Around 15 percent.
