This evening east winds will increase as a cold front moves across
the area. Winds by late tonight will increase to 25 to 35 knots
with gusts to 50 knots possible. The strong winds will continue 
through most of the day on Friday. Blowing dust will also be 
possible with the strong winds with visibilities of 3 to 5 miles 
possible. The winds will diminish late Friday evening.
