At 308 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Ibex, or 10 miles east of Albany, moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Breckenridge, Hubbard Creek Reservoir, Lake Daniel, Eolian, and Us-
180 Near The Shackelford-Stephens County Line.
