Damaging winds is the primary risk, although small hail and an isolated tornado are also possible. Favorable conditions for localized flash flooding will exist this afternoon and evening. Rainfall rates as high as 2-3" per hour could create urban flooding, ponding of water on roadways, and rising water levels in ditches, creeks and rivers.
