Although an isolated severe storm could develop during the day and early evening, a general lull in thunderstorm activity is expected. Thunderstorms will increase again later this evening and into the overnight hours, with the best potential for severe storms occurring over the northwest half of the forecast area between 11 pm and 4 am.
