  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This
  strong thunderstorm was located near Pulaski, or 14 miles northwest
  of Green Bay, moving east at 25 mph.

The strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Long Tail Point Light around 410 PM CDT. Green Bay Harbor Entrance
  Light around 420 PM CDT.
