  Nearshore and Open Waters from Whitehall to Manistee MI...

At 713 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 14 nm northwest of Big Sable Point Light to 17 nm
northwest of Little Sable Point Light to 21 nm southeast of
Sheboygan, moving southeast at 40 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
         suddenly higher waves.
