For the following areas...
  Nearshore and Open Waters from Whitehall to Manistee MI...

At 745 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Manistee Light to 8 nm west of Pentwater Pier
Heads to 24 nm west of Little Sable Point Light, moving east at 25
knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
         suddenly higher waves.

  Ludington Light around 750 PM EDT.
  Little Sable Point Light around 805 PM EDT.
