  Northern Eaton County in south central Michigan...
  Ingham County in south central Michigan...

* WHEN...Until 100 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 857 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Lansing, Charlotte, Mason, East Lansing, Grand Ledge,
    Williamston, Potterville, Edgemont Park, Capital Region
    International Airport, DeWitt, Webberville, Dimondale, Dansville,
