* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southeastern Eaton County in south central Michigan...
  Southern Ingham County in south central Michigan...
  Northern Jackson County in south central Michigan...

* WHEN...Until 115 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1010 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Jackson, Eaton Rapids, Leslie, Stockbridge, Grass Lake, Leoni,
    Spring Arbor, Sandstone, Aurelius, Onondaga, Bunker Hill,
    Springport, Parma, Dansville, Eden, Rives Junction, Pleasant
    Lake, Tompkins and Jackson County Airport.
