County through 145 PM EDT...

At 1241 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
capable of producing a landspout 8 miles north of Portland, moving
east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Landspouts and winds in excess of 40 mph.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds 
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured 
         objects.
