* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northern Hart County in northeastern Georgia...
  West central Anderson County in Upstate South Carolina...
  Southeastern Oconee County in Upstate South Carolina...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 534 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles south of
  Seneca, moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Seneca, Hartwell, Homeland Park, Reed Creek, Anderson Airport, Lake
  Hartwell, Townville, Sandy Springs, Oakway, and Fair Play.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

If on or near Lake Hartwell, get away from the water and move 
indoors or inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to 
15 miles from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you 
are close enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter 
now!  Do not be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.
