RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PDT FRIDAY FOR STRONG 
WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR ELEVATIONS ABOVE 4,000 FEET OF
THE SIERRA NEVADA. Clear and dry conditions will continue to dominate 
into this weekend. Winds pickup overnight with minRHs today in the teens 
across the entire forecast areas, allowing new fire development to spread 
rapidly and prolong the burning period well into the overnight hours. RHs 
recover better on Saturday with decreasing wind. Temperatures 
begin to decrease over the weekend with a major drop on Tuesday 
along with the approach of precipitation by Wednesday.
