...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF NORTHEASTERN LEWIS
AND SCIOTO COUNTIES THROUGH 430 PM EDT...

At 403 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 9 miles west of
Rosemount, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to 
         vegetation.

Locations impacted include...
Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, New Boston, South Webster, Rosemount,
Clarktown, Sciotodale, Franklin Furnace, Lucasville, Lombardsville,
Saint Paul, Firebrick, Minford, West Portsmouth, Sciotoville, Turkey
Creek Lake, Friendship, Mcdermott, Powellsville, and Garrison.
