* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flooding of agricultural areas begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 14.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
    at 9:00 PM CDT Friday was 15.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late
    Sunday morning and continue falling to 9.4 feet Friday, August
    28.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
