ECHOLS...SOUTHEASTERN WARE...SOUTHEASTERN CLINCH AND WEST CENTRAL
CHARLTON COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM EDT...

At 826 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles north of Fargo, moving southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Fargo and Stephen Foster State Park.
