            Social media user reported flash flooding 
            along Buncomb Road between Cavins Cemetery 
            Road and the Owsley County line between 5pm 
            and 630pm. Pictures show at least 6 inches 
            of water flowing over the road at multiple 
            points. A few homes had their driveway 
            access cut off by Buncombe Creek, which was 
            flowing out of its banks. Exact time 
            estimated by peak CREST unit streamflow 
            (430+ cfs) and MRMS FFG ratio data.
