...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 715 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 715 PM EDT this evening for 
portions of south central and southeast Kentucky, including the 
following areas, in south central Kentucky, Laurel and Whitley. In 
southeast Kentucky, Clay and Knox.

Flood waters have receded. Urban and small stream flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining 
road closures.
