...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 9 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 9 PM EDT this evening for portions 
of south central and southeast Kentucky, including the following 
areas, in south central Kentucky, Laurel and Rockcastle. In 
southeast Kentucky, Jackson and Owsley.

The heavy rain has ended, and flood waters have likely receded.  
Flooding is no longer expected to pose an imminent threat. Please 
continue to heed remaining road closures.
