...Areas of Dense Fog Developing Early This Morning... 

Partly cloudy skies, light winds, and plenty of low-level 
moisture from recent rains are helping areas of fog to develop and
become dense early this morning. This fog will likely continue to
expand through the night and probably be thickest in the valleys.
Visibilities will be below a quarter of a mile at times in the 
heaviest fog. Be sure to slow down and use your low beam 
headlights whenever you encounter fog.
