Through 1 pm, isolated showers will develop and attempt to move in across
the distant Straits from near Elbow Cay and westward. These showers 
will move west northwest at near 15 knots. The stronger activity 
will attempt to develop into brief thunderstorms, especially across 
the Straits of Florida. Mariners can expect brief blinding downpours,
wind gusts near 25 knots, and brief bouts of lightning.
