Through 8 pm, a few showers and possible thunderstorms will track
northward at 15 knots, through the gulf waters adjacent to the Dry
Tortugas, and 40 to 60 nm west of mainland Monroe. This activity 
will produce wind gusts near 25 knots, blinding downpours, and
possibly a few lightning strikes.
