Through 9 pm, a widely scattered showers and possible thunderstorms 
will track northwestward at 15 knots, through nearshore waters
surrounding the Dry Tortugas, and offshore of mainland Monroe. This 
activity will produce wind gusts near 25 knots, blinding downpours, 
and possibly a few lightning strikes.
