...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN RAPIDES AND NORTHERN
AVOYELLES PARISHES THROUGH 600 PM CDT...

At 526 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Colfax to near Black Hawk. Movement was
northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation and outdoor 
         objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Alexandria, Pineville, Marksville, Boyce, Bordelonville, Lena,
Alexandria International Airport, Effie, Ball, Colfax, Deville,
Libuse, Tioga, Timber Trails, Esler Regional Airport, Brouillette,
Lake Ophelia National Wildlife Refuge, Kingsville, Big Bend, and
Kolin.

This includes Interstate 49 between mile markers 83 and 109.
