EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and south central Kentucky, including 
  the following counties, in central Kentucky, Green and Taylor. In 
  south central Kentucky, Adair, Allen, Barren, Metcalfe and Monroe.

* WHEN...Until 630 PM CDT /730 PM EDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 317 PM CDT /417 PM EDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
    rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Glasgow, Campbellsville, Greensburg, Edmonton, Fountain Run,
    Cork, Beechville, Clarks Corner, Gascon and New Liberty.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
