Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

  Elevated Flooding Risk.
  Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
     Level 1 of 5 Damaging Wind Risk...up to 60 mph.
  Limited Fog Risk tonight.

DISCUSSION...

Scattered thunderstorms are expected at times late this morning 
through tonight. Any storms that develop will be capable of heavy 
rainfall which may lead to localized flooding. The strongest 
storms will be capable of gusty to locally damaging wind gusts, 
greatest threat south of a Pontiac to Rensselaer line.

  Limited Thunderstorm Risk south of I-80.
