.DISCUSSION...
A warming and drying trend is expected for the area. Humidity will 
fall into the mid teens on Wednesday and low teens on Thursday. Wind
direction will change fairly frequently over the next several days 
due to terrain driven diurnal patterns as well as period off 
offshore northeast flow starting Wednesday afternoon. Confidence in 
forecast is generally high, though wind shift timing may be off by 
up to 2 hours.
