.DISCUSSION...
Winds are on track back to be slightly weaker Tuesday compared to 
Monday, but increasing northwest winds will be common in the 
afternoon and evening hours. Confidence in wind speeds is lower
Wednesday afternoon, as stronger winds are forecast to be
strongest after 6pm. However, winds gusting to 20 mph may begin as
early as 3pm. Min RH may recover 90-100% overnight. Clear skies are
expected, but there is a 15% chance for low clouds Tuesday night 
into Wednesday morning, especially for the southeast portion of the 
island.
