Compared to Monday, high confidence that today will be slightly
warmer, drier, and less windy. Breezy northeast winds will quickly
transition to southwest again this afternoon, likely between 2pm 
and 4pm which is an hour earlier than yesterday. During that 
transition, expect erratic winds. High confidence in generally light
winds tonight. Wednesday will remain warm and dry, but with much 
less northeast winds in the morning and typical southwest winds in 
the afternoon.
